ABOUT DANIEL
Founder
Daniel was born and raised in Paterson, NJ, home of the Great Falls. Daniel’s single mother instilled the value of hard work early in his life, and his entrepreneurial spirit was molded by working in many small, family businesses. From humble beginnings, Daniel has always been motivated to take care of his family, the one he was born into and the chosen family he’s met along the way. Daniel is passionate about investing in people and communities, and he has demonstrated this passion throughout his career in management consulting, tech, and blue-collar services.
Daniel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he focused his studies on the management and operations of small- and mid-sized businesses. Prior to that, Daniel received a Bachelor’s in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also concentrated in management.

Outside of work, Daniel is typically focused on family, food, and basketball. He and his partner, Jasmin, currently live in Philadelphia, PA, where they met at Penn.

04. Closing the Deal

Final valuation of the company and definition of specific terms in the transaction, culminating with signed Asset Purchase Agreement, funds transfer, and management transition
